VINIFICAZIONE
Le uve pigiate e diraspate vengono macerate in grossi tini di acciaio inox per circa 7 giorni a temperatura controllata (18 – 20 °C). Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il vino è messo ad affinare in acciaio per un periodo di 3 mesi. Dopo l’imbottigliamento il fino affina in bottiglia per circa 2 mesi.
